As our corporate visionary and inspiration for the TRaCE solution, Dr. Williams is our co-founder, investor, and creative voice of the customer. As a practicing orthopedic surgeon for over thirty years, Keith understands what is needed in a solution that will work effectively and efficiently within a large-sized healthcare delivery institution.
For over a decade Dr. Williams has been dedicated to promoting and evanglizing the FDA’s Unique Device Identifier (UDI) regualation of 2013. In 2016, he was co-inventor of US 9805162B2, System, apparatus for use in a sterile field and method for tracking, confirming and storing patient and procedure
information using a unique device identifier associated with a medical device.

At Full Health Clarity, Joe Ortiz brings deep, hands-on, executive and entrepreneural healthcare expertise to the building of the firm. Over the past twenty years, he had started up, or been a C-Level executive at healthcare provider and healthcare IT solution delivery firms. Under his leadership, Full Health Clarity is pioneering innovative solutions that enhance patient care through effective medical device tracking, post-market surveillance, and supply chain efficiency.
Joe brings a deep blend of technical expertise and business acumen, with a career spanning software engineering, product management, business development, and C-level executive leadership. He has successfully driven innovation, transforming complex ideas into market-ready solutions that improve operational and clinical outcomes.
Joe holds an MBA from Arizona State University, a Master’s in Computer Engineering from the University of South Carolina, and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Georgia Tech. He also holds ITIL 4.0 and PMP certifications and continues to expand his expertise as a graduate student at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, focusing on AI, healthcare law, aand global supply chain management.
Daniel Anderson is the driving force behind our company’s system architecture, working with the company co-founders, he has developed and optimized our core UDI-enablement platform. With a passion for software engineering that began in his teenage years, Daniel has cultivated deep technical expertise across multiple industries.
Bringing over ten years of professional experience in software development, Daniel has worked with companies ranging from agile startups to enterprise-level organizations. His proficiency spans C# .NET, MAUI, Azure, SLQ Server, Mongo DB, cloud computing, microservices architecture, and full-stack development. He is an invaluable leader in shaping the firm’s innovative and scalable technology solutions.
Daniel holds a degree in Information Technology with a focus on Software Development from Georgia Gwinnett College, part of the University System of Georgia. He also pursued Japanese language studies at Kansai College of Business and Languages in Osaka. Daniel is committed to continuous learning, having completed extensive technical training that, combined with his hands-on experience, equip him with the expertise to design and implement cutting-edge software solutions.
